I Am Woman

I am woman. Hear me pray.
I am not inferior.
I am not superior.
I am equal.
I am strong.
I am made in His image.
The same Jesus that dwells in you, dwells in me.
The same Jesus that redeemed the world from the Fall, redeemed me.

I am woman. Hear me pray.
I am meek enough to kiss the boo boo on my child’s knee.
Yet fierce enough to battle the strongest demons for my child’s soul.
In your time of need, I come bearing a casserole in one hand
And the power of God in the other.

I am woman. Hear me pray.
Do not interpret my tears for weakness.
I am watering dreams.
Don’t devalue my role in the home.
I am influencing a generation.
Don’t dismiss my role in the workplace.
I am building wealth and influencing a nation.
Do not ignore my role in the church.
I have been an intricate part of God’s plan since the beginning of time.

I am woman. Hear me pray.
God has gifted me and called me
To teach Children’s Church
Lead Hospitality
Greet
Preach
Heal
Lead
Prophesy
The same Holy Spirit that anointed you, Anointed Me.
Whatever you can do, I can do but with flare.

I am woman. Hear me roar.
I will no longer be silent.
I will no longer be dismissed.
I will take my rightful place as Daughter of the Most High.
I am not here to compete. I am here to join in the fight.
I am here to walk in God’s original intent for His girls –
To be a comparable helper, to be fruitful, to subdue darkness and reign.

I am woman.

“And the LORD God said, “ It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him.””
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭2:18‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
