No Intimidation

Never allow the enemy to intimidate you. His tactic is fear; so never, ever allow fear to drive you to make a decision.

I’m working on a project that I feel God has inspired. Yesterday, I got more information about the cost of the project and fear tried to set in. What if I start this project and don’t have resources to finish? What if I invest in this but it negatively impacts my family? What if I fail? FEAR.

Thankfully, my church was having a worship night last night. As I began to worship God, suddenly the impossible seemed possible. As I worshipped my worries paled in comparison to the majesty of the Great I Am. As I reminded myself of His goodness, His faithfulness, I became excited even anticipated taking a risk and walking on water. As I worshipped, I was no longer intimidated by the lies of the enemy. My trust is in Him. My eyes off my circumstance and are now on the Father.

This morning, I’m getting out of the boat, trusting in God, walking on water, not allowing the enemy to intimidate me and silencing Him with my faith and my peace! Through Christ, I am Triumphant in this Battle.

“Don’t be intimidated in any way by your enemies. This will be a sign to them that they are going to be destroyed, but that you are going to be saved, even by God himself.”
