Re-gifting – the practice of giving someone else a gift someone gave you.

I know it’s taboo and in bad taste. But this season, I’ve decided to re-gift. You see, I was given every spiritual blessing and I’ve decided this season (not the Christmas season but this season in my life) to give them all away – to re-gift them to everyone I know and some people I do not know. I am re-gifting:

Joy. Peace. Love. Acceptance. Hope. Forgiveness. Patience. Wisdom. Kindness. Encouragement. Faith.

I’m re-gifting as it was given to me. Lavishly. Abundantly. Generously. I have found that I can’t out give God and the more I give away, the more He gives to me. So I’m breaking Emily Post’s good manners rule and I’m becoming a re-gifter. Anyone want to join me?
