Forgiven. That’s who you are. If you have received Christ as your Savior, you are perpetually forgiven.

But what if I have not repented. You are still forgiven. Allow His kindness to lead you to repentance.

But what I did was horrible, unimaginable. You are still forgiven. No sin is greater than the cross.

But I willingly, knowingly sinned after coming to Christ. You are still forgiven. His blood covers ALL sin – past, present, future.

Your forgiveness is a free gift from God. Well, it’s free to you – Christ purchased your forgiveness on the cross. Because of Christ’s righteous act, I only have to receive His forgiveness, regardless to whether or not I have I asked for forgiveness. It is really free! Now, we can ALWAYS stand in His presence holy and blameless. We boldly enter in His throne room of grace with no shame, no condemnation, no guilt.

You are forgiven. So when the enemy tries to remind you of a past transgression, you should remind him how Christ made a public spectacle of him at the cross. Remind him that Christ kicked his sorry butt so that you could be forgiven.

You are forgiven!
