What are you anxious about today?
A deadline at work or A presentation?
Starting a new job or A road trip?
Sharing your faith, Praying for a friend?
Sending your child off to college or kindergarten?
Starting a new career or retiring from a career?
Starting a new business or ministry?
Whatever has you anxious today, remember this: God has already equipped you with everything you need to walk in victory. Everything. There is no circumstance, expected or unexpected, that you will encounter today that you are not fully equipped to handle.
I have successfully avoided teaching common core math since its inception. This year, second semester, I am scheduled to teach Math III, using MVP. MVP is a resource both teachers and parents have criticized. This week, the other teachers of the class are meeting to plan, but I’m headed to the beach.
With lack of training and preparation, I found myself becoming anxious about teaching this course.
But this morning and yesterday at church, I was reminded I am equipped for whatever I face – at work, within my family, or in ministry. And so are you.
Whatever you were dreading today, stand tall and face it head on because God has already equipped you to fight this battle. You are victorious in Him. You got this! Act like it!
“In him you have been made extravagantly rich in every way. You have been endowed with a wealth of inspired utterance and the riches that come from your intimate knowledge of him. So now you aren’t lacking any spiritual gift as you eagerly await the unveiling of the Lord Jesus, the Anointed One.” 1 Corinthians 1:5, 7 TPT
