This is How We Win!

This is a truth: “Satan’s belongings are undisturbed as he stands guard over his fortress kingdom, strong and fully armed with an arsenal of many weapons.” Luke‬ ‭11:21‬ ‭TPT‬‬

Yes, we have an adversary. He does not play fair. If that thought produces fear in your heart, you should read the rest of the story.

“But when one stronger than he comes to attack and overpower him, the stronger one will empty the arsenal in which he trusted. The conqueror will ransack his kingdom and distribute all the spoils of victory.” Luke‬ ‭11:22‬ ‭TPT‬

Jesus is the stronger one! Jesus has emptied Satan’s arsenal, ransacked his kingdom and given us the spoils of his victory. So that when Satan and his minions try to kill, steal, and destroy, we do not run and hide. We fight from a place of victory knowing the only weapons Satan has left are lies and accusations.

We have no need to fear. Paul puts it this way: “Be well balanced and always alert, because your enemy, the devil, roams around incessantly, like a roaring lion looking for its prey to devour. Take a decisive stand against him and resist his every attack with strong, vigorous faith. For you know that your believing brothers and sisters around the world are experiencing the same kinds of troubles you endure. And then, after your brief suffering, the God of all loving grace, who has called you to share in his eternal glory in Christ, will personally and powerfully restore you and make you stronger than ever. Yes, he will set you firmly in place and build you up. And he has all the power needed to do this—forever! Amen.” 1 Peter‬ ‭5:8-11‬ ‭TPT‬‬

God’s restoration puts us in a better position than we were before.
Our battles makes us stronger.
God is building us up.

So, this how we win our battles: “Surrender our anxiety! Be silent and stop your striving and we will see that He is God. He is God above all the nations, and He will be exalted throughout the whole earth. Here He stands! The Commander! The mighty Lord of Angel Armies is on our side! The God of Jacob fights for us!”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭46:10-11‬ ‭TPT‬
